What is this?
After our hike on Sunday, Nicholas had a few splotches on his leg. It sort of looked like little bug bites but he said they didn't hurt or itch. Yesterday they seemed worse - bigger, redder, and a little swollen. I've been putting some hydrocortizone cream on it but it's about the same today. I would think that it might be poison ivy from our hike except that Nicholas still says that it doesn't hurt or itch. Any ideas?

Try antibiotic cream - Zoe gets "infections" from bug bites - that is what they look like when she gets them. We use bactroban which is a prescription - try neosporin :)
